วิธีการ backup e-mail จาก Outlook 2000, 2003
เฉพาะ ver. Internet Mail Only
1. ให้คลิกขวาที่ Personal Folder เลือก Properties
2. เมื่อปรากฎหน้าต่าง Properties ให้คลิกที่ Advanced
3. ให้ดูที่ path ซึ่งจะปรากฎที่เก็บไฟล์ของ Personal Folder
4. ให้ copy path ที่ได้ลงใน Explorer และลบคำว่า "outlook.pst" ออก กด Enter
5. จะพบไฟล์ต่างๆดังนี้

1. คลิกที่ File เลือก Import and Export...
2. เลือก "Import from another program or file" คลิก Next
3. เลือก "Personal Folder File (.pst)" คลิก Next
4. เลือก ไฟล์ pst คลิก Next
